Introduction
In this blog series I'm going to introduce you Broadband TV and explain what it is, how to use it for your business, self or to entertain and how to get started with your own channel right here own DFDUBLIVE TV. I'll even tell you what all you need to get started broadcasting. How many of you know what Broadband TV or Internet TV is? Call it what you want Internet TV, Video Sharing, Broadband TV or whatever terms is out there to describe it but its taking over. So much that big media companies, news stations and movie companies are starting their own internet channels and broadcasting shows, movie trailers, commercials and more. But how does that affect us that are not media giants. It has leveled the playing field now anyone with the time and as little as a web cam can record themselves and broadcast it over the Internet. There's several sites that users can upload their video ie.YouTube, Google Video, Veoh and of course DFDUBLIVE TV to name a few.
Opportunities
Broadband/Internet TV opens a new arena of entertainment opportunities now you can produce, create and broadcast your own shows, commercials and even short films and just like media networks that earn revenue from advertising you can too. If you create a popular show that has lots of viewers that opens opportunities for sponsors, merchandising, public events and more. Other opportunities can include syndication to other video sites where you can earn revenue and if you have some valuble knowledge to share you can sell it as a paid or rental download. I know you're probably thinking I don't have time to do all of this well later in my series I'll tell you how you can create and broadcast your show and take advantage of the rich opportunities.
Broadband/Internet TV is gaining momentun its changing how media companies can reach a bigger viewing audience and now individuals and small groups are creating popular shows and films. We've only scratch the surface of what this broadband TV is going to do for entertainment and now is the time to capitalize on it.
