Don I-Mess

I know that you guys are tired of hearing about the Don Imus comment, but I think we need to splice this whole situation and examine it with a microsope. Because this deserves some ethical forensic investigation, not on Don Imus but MSNBC and CBS. When this whole thing started and everyone was looking at Don Imus talking about what he said and trying to get him fired and/or his show removed from the air, no one ever stopped to look at his employers.

Now that he's fired and the show it not on air some people are satisfied and think it ok, but wake up!! We have to go a bit further and notice initially they weren't going to pull the plug on his show or fire him because what? He generated a majority of their revenue, ching ching, money, denaro, the green, $$$$$ etc. etc...... It wasn't the constant battering and protest from Al Sharpton, Jessy Jackson, Women Activists, African Americans or other protest groups that sparked his demise; it was the lost of sponsors and revenue that put the final nail in the coffin.

Here's the question that I pose to you; did MSNBC & CBS fire him because they were concerned about how he demoralized a group or was it about the dollar$? Let's examine that for a moment see if it were about morals they should have fired him as soon as he said it with no hesitation. As you can see it wasn't about the feelings of the Rutgers women or the millions of women that he demoralized with his words. It was more about the money and what MSNBC & CBS were loosing.

What if the sponsors never pulled out would Don Imus still be on the air? I think he'd still be on the air had those sponsors not pulled out, which doesn't say much for his employers. They are just as guilty as he is, there shouldn't have been any debate about him being fired. Now they think they've done something by firing him, made themselves look good in the eyes of the people. Man Please!!!

Don't be fooled by this because it is not the end I guarantee it. Because he will show up on some other airwave with total freedom to say what ever he wants without any consequences to his actions. It's time for some positive media companies to step up to the plate and give those who want to see it more positive things to watch, hear and read. Media companies like DFDUBLIVE TV, LSI Music and GXL Magazine are already doing it.

Tell me what you think I'd love to here your comments, opinions about this topic.

Have a blessed day

Look ahere! if he gets on XM radio, that's it. there's no stopping him. with this publicity, he's going to be swooped up. this to-do will die down and sopnsors will forget that he's not good for their image. he will be hired by someone at some point and he will come back stronger than ever. he's going to be mad that he was out of a job because of those "nappy headed ho's" and it's gonna be raw.
